new perspective on many things in life. It means strength, peace, clarity and freedom to her.
In her classes, Nadia passes on the positive qualities and experiences and helps the yoga students to develop themselves further, to get to know their own limits and to grow beyond them.
Nadia's yoga style is characterized by classical Hatha Yoga, she emphasizes on precise alignment as well as the inclusion of the breath during the yoga practice.
