Don't chase your thoughts like a shadow chases its object.
Find happiness and freedom in every moment.
We are often so busy, so occupied, having so many thoughts... that we end up being really stressed and don't notice anything in particular anymore. If you realize that you are all over the place but nowhere in particular, close your eyes and take a deep breath.
We can only live in this very moment. Not in the past nor in the future. So all the planning and all the thinking will only create an artificial freedom. We do not know if anything is going to work out as planned, or is even going to happen at all.
Therefore find happiness and peace in this very moment. In the NOW. If you can live this everyday, even only for a few moments, it will eventually create a happier and lighter life for you in general.
